Based on Dr. Seuss' most famous book, this ride takes guests on a cleverly chaotic journey through the pages of the popular classic of the same name. Up to 1,800 guests per hour travel on six-passenger "couches" through 18 different show scenes, including a revolving, wallpaper-pea rig, perception-altering 24-foot tunnel. Riders experience more than 130 ride effects and 30 animatronic characters, including The Cat in the Hat, Thing 1 and Thing 2, and the goldfish who tries to maintain order in the house. Multiple computers control the numerous systems specially developed to bring this ride to life and cutting-edge system control software is utilized for the first time ever.
