Teens and adults who love scary, gory movies will love this attraction, which reveals the make-up techniques used to create the most grotesque effects ever put on film. The show is the brainchild of Rick Baker, the professional make-up artist who won an Oscar for his work in "An American Werewolf in London." You'll get a live demonstration of the transformation sequence from that movie as well as other sequences from films like The Fly.
You'll also learn how make-up creates the effects used for gunshots, stab wounds, severed limbs, and any other wound that generates lots and lots of blood. This attraction is way too gross for small children, but teens eat it up. The show is 25 minutes long and is presented in a nice air-conditioned theater. It's a good place to rest and wait out the lines for some of the other attractions.
