In its early days, Kongfrontation was both an amazing feat and an incredible thrill ride. The attraction still features the largest animated figure ever created.
One of the attributes of the ride is the attention to detail. The waiting lines meander through a graffiti-covered subway station and visitors get constant news reports on overhead monitors of Kong's location. The actual ride is a tram voyage through New York as King Kong tries to take a bite of the Big Apple. The ride is five minutes long and is probably too scary for small children.
