Popeye's archenemy Bluto is the proprietor of this establishment so it's a certainty that something rough and tumble is going on here. Guests soon discover they are in for a bumping, churning, twisting, turning white-water raft ride with a top speed of 16-feet-per-second. Before the whirling is over, the raft and all 12 of its occupants have been squirted with water by guests firing from water cannons aboard Popeye's Boat, spun into an Octopus Grotto where they encounter an 18-foot-tall, 14-foot-wide creature with five 10-to-12-foot-long tentacles bulging with water and whirled into a fully operational boat wash where they may become completely soaked.
