Wonder Works is an easily recognizable attraction on International Drive located next to the Pointe Orlando Mall. Just look for the building that is completely upside down. As you approach the structure you'll hear it creak and moan, as it seems precariously balanced on its roof.
The ostensible history of Wonder Works is that it was once a top-secret research facility that was located on an uncharted island in the Bermuda Triangle. A giant tornado carried the facility all the way to Orlando, where it landed upside down on top of a warehouse.
Now all the secret scientific experiments that were conducted on the island are open to the public. It's more accurate to say that the experiments demonstrate some scientific principle, but are really intended to entertain. Most of the experiments are interactive, so you get a hands-on experience with science. There`s also Laser Works, the world's largest laser tag facility.
You can also enjoy casual Italian dining at Mazzarella's Pizzeria, located inside Wonder Works.
